Alexis Androulakis is a Brooklyn based beauty industry veteran, product development expert, and brand strategist. You might know the beauty educator from her and her wife’s viral TikTok’s @thelisticklesbians, or as the co-founder of inclusive beauty brand, Fempower Beauty®.

More than titles and moreish content, the expert beauty consultant has two decades of first-hand beauty industry tales to tell. From working the makeup counter at Nars, to developing products at Shiseido & Flower, and launching her own line of products at Fempower Beauty, Alexis’s understanding of the beauty standards, products and people is vast and euphoric.

She’s developed a formula for BTH (Beauty that Heals) mind, body, and make up that is elevating beauty standards and calling the industry to level up, clean up and make way for inclusive, educational beauty.

Behind every exceptional woman, there is an exceptional wife. Christina and Alexis have been partners in business and in life since 2014, and recently married in the July of 2022. Their collective struggles and intersectional identities lead them to build their beauty brand, Fempower Beauty® which is rooted in shattering beauty standards.

Their ultimate goal was and is to teach people to love themselves intimately through the use of their beauty products and services. They co-developed the propriety beauty coaching service called Beauty that Heals (BTH), and the products to go with the experience to help every human affirm themselves every time they look in the mirror.

Dr. Christina Basias’ has a Ph.D in education technology and has worked with the likes of VR , Google..
